Why we started this

Why we started this

At LSE and INSEAD, Aryaman encountered a European university where students actively bridged skills within their community. The idea of SkillSwap was born inspired by the strength of that community.


Our vision is simple: to build a vibrant community where individuals confidently learn new skills, teach others, make a lasting impact, and forge lifelong friendships along the way.

Aryaman - Hyderabad

As Founder, Aryaman leads strategy and outreach.


After 2 years at Bain Consulting and an EEO admit in his hand, Aryaman transitioned to Founder's Office at a B2B healthcare startup gaining cross-functional expertise. A former theatre artist and e-sports gamer (Call of Duty FL), his hobbies also include badminton, drumming & writing. Catch him on the court or over coffee for a great conversation.

As Founder,

Akhil advised on over a dozen $1bn+ TMT deals over 2 years. With an EEO admit in hand, Akhil became a first-gen entrepreneur with UNBOX board games. He has a knack for solving interesting problems through venture building and AI. Catch him on the tennis court, signing up for case comps or in the midst of a Modern Family rerun!

With 2 years in Private Equity and an EEO admit in his hand, Akhil plunged into the world of board games with UNBOX as a first-gen entrepreneur.
